Bowel and/or bladder, with or without activity, not making it the bathroom on time, increased urgency

Pelvic pain of any kind, including during intimacy, during specific activities, pain at any part of the pelvis or genitalia

Pain with sexual activity/intimacy, decreased arousal, decreased/inability to orgasm, erectile dysfunction, unwanted change in intimacy

Bladder, rectal, uterine, urethral, any pelvic prolapse

Pelvic health needs trying to conceive, during pregnancy, preparing for birth, and postpartum

Increased urgency, overactive bladder, incontinence, pain with urination, prolapse, urinary hesitancy, post urinary dribble, painful bladder syndrome, interstitial cystitis

Symptoms related to IBS, constipation, incontinence, pain with bowel movements, straining, prolapse, hemorrhoids, anal fissures

Pre-op and post-op care for any type of pelvic health surgery or procedure, including but not limited to: prostatectomy, hysterectomy, oophorectomy, gender affirming surgeries, abdominal procedures, c-section, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck)

Pain or dysfunction at the tailbone (coccyx) and sacrum, regardless of cause

Any pelvic health concerns/needs for individuals undergoing gender affirming care (surgical or non-surgical). Pre-op and post-op guidance/therapy.

Any abdominal, spinal or hip pain. Oftentimes there is a pelvic floor connection to the pain or dysfunction. A lot of fascial connections in this region.

Symptoms/dysfunction related to perimenopause and menopause. Pelvic health, intimacy, joint pain, decreased strength, bladder/bowel symptoms, decreased flexibility, etc that all have a hormonal component.
Pediatrics

Evaluation
Your first visit will include a comprehensive, whole-body evaluation focused on understanding your concerns and symptoms. The goal is to identify the root cause, not just treat the surface-level issues. Dr. Liz brings extensive training in pelvic health, pain science, and trauma-informed care to support your healing process.

Discuss Plan of Care
At the conclusion of your evaluation, we will review our recommendations regarding visit frequency, treatment techniques, lifestyle modifications, and what to expect during future sessions.

Hands On, Indvidualized, One on One Treatment
Each follow-up appointment includes one-on-one treatment with Dr. Liz, tailored specifically to your needs. Sessions may involve a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, sensory strategies, education about body systems, and ongoing assessment of your progress toward your goals. Appointments are never rushed—there’s ample time for questions, a private and tranquil environment, and thoughtful consideration of your learning style and what works best for your lifestyle.
